Your body can shift, adapt and heal.

All parts of you are a catalyst for healing.

Your body can shift, adapt and heal as you learn to listen to the cues the body is giving you, and attend to them with gentleness and compassion. Willow Movement’s approach to Movement Therapy helps you connect with your body using breath, stillness and movement in all forms, and empower you with tools to take care of yourself.

Symptoms are made up of different factors, including your movement and breath holding patterns, expectations, beliefs, the kind of person you are and past experiences. All parts of you are a catalyst for healing. I honour and consider all of the unique you-ness and support you in taking baby steps towards shifting how you move and how you live your life so you can experience a greater sense of freedom and decreased symptoms, stuckness and disconnection. My client talks about how yoga and movement therapy helped addresses his stress and stress related symptoms.

Mina’s work has contributed to improve my physical health and wellbeing. I had been having problems with my shoulders, lower back and left knee due to sports and old work related injuries, aggravated by stress, and after only a few sessions I began noticing considerable improvement. I’m impressed by the effectiveness of the therapy, by her knowledge of the body and her ability to find the appropriate course of action, which coupled with her caring and gentle nature, helped me greatly and will no doubt help others.
